Renaissance Marble and Granite has an opening in our Blackwood, NJ location for an in house Sales Associate.

Job Purpose:

Utilize sales strategies to increase sales from existing customers and acquisition of new accounts. Manage sales accounts by assisting customers through sales process.

Duties:

Ensure customers receive prompt response to all inquiries
Professionally represent the company to existing and potential customers and successfully execute the sales process
Continuously prospect for new business
Follow a sale through job completion and full collection, assisting as possible in having the company's performance exceed customer expectations.
Quote jobs for customers in a timely manner
Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions
Coordinates with customer, fabrication, and installation team via telephone and in person
Assist walk in customers

Skills/Qualifications:

Experience in the stone industry a plus, Customer Service, Closing Skills, Negotiation, Self-Confidence, Product Knowledge, Presentation Skills, Motivation for Sales, Computer Skills

Renaissance Marble and Granite has an opening in our Blackwood, NJ location for a template and stone installation mechanic.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Operate digital template system (ProLiner) for templates
Ability to provide positive interaction with customers
Adhere to installation and repair procedures for each job
Manage assigned jobs, ensuring installation meets quality and job requirements

Repair and installation of marble and granite projects
Ensure all shop tickets are checked prior to issuance for production
Serve as backup operator for machines
Keep job site and work area clean, safe and well organized

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Three to five years related experience and /or training in CAD operations; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have strong computers skills. Ability to multi-task while meeting tight deadlines. General knowledge of construction methods and terms.
