STEVEN C. JOHNSON

Operations Manager

Steven Johnson serves as Operations Manager for Renaissance. He controls all manufacturing operations from ticket to installation, coordinates and leads LEAN transformation, and maintains the production schedule to coordinate sales and production work. Mr. Johnson has been working in the manufacturing industry for the past nine years and joined Renaissance a year ago. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering.

LEAN

Lean manufacturing or lean production, which is often known simply as "Lean", is a production practice that considers the expenditure of resources for any goal other than the creation of value for the end customer to be wasteful, and thus a target for elimination. In a more basic term, More value with less work.
